Michael Tayler is an Australian sheep farmer.
Six generations ago his Scottish ancestors came as pioneers to the New England fields were his sheep still graze today. Times have never been as tough as they are now. The competition with Chinese wool suppliers provokes the merino wool prices to drop to an all-time low.
Driven by his love for his ancestors and his devotion to his land, Tayler tries to find an answer. He set up an ingenious breeding program for which he uses the best quality sheep only. The result is a unique brand of ultrafine merino wool which even NASA uses to dress its astronauts.
